Meet Nicole & Jasmine
Nicole Kim - With over 20 years of yoga practice, Nicole specializes in dynamic vinyasa-flow classes, where she blends fluid movement with breath awareness. Her teaching emphasizes precise alignment and technique within creative sequences, fostering physical strength, stability, and flexibility.
A lifelong learner, Nicole continually explores innovative ways to inspire and support others on and off the mat. She holds a 200-hour certification and an advanced 300-hour certification from Kaia Yoga. Beyond yoga, Nicole is also an intuitive energy and sound healer and a skilled Thai bodywork practitioner, offering a holistic approach to wellness and self-discovery.
Jasmine McComas - A radiant retreat leader, musician, and Thai Yoga practitioner, Jasmine joyfully weaves movement, music, and heartfelt connection into all she shares. She is an experienced 500-hour Yoga Teacher committed to supporting the wellbeing of the whole person through body, breath, and heart-mind.
Jasmine brings the beauty of harmonium, chanting, meditation and soulful presence to guide students into deeper states of re-Sourcing.

Together, we pause to consider our deeply held intentions and soulful direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to anchor and reconnect with what brought you here… your questions, your hopes, your turning points… and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

The Retreat Package-
All Gourmet Meals: Locally sourced, organic, farm-to-table dining (Fri Lunch — Mon breakfast).
Expert Instruction: All yoga, meditation, and sound programming with Nicole and Jasmine.
Sanctuary Access: 24/7 use of the Panoramic Sauna, Cedar Hot Tubs, and Cold Plunge.
The Land: Access to 123 acres of private hiking trails, on-site resident horses, and the 3,600 sq. ft. Ceremonial Dome.

Transportation: Travel to/from Woodbourne, NY.
Travel Insurance: We suggest Seven Corners - choose “cancel for any reason” insurance. This insurance must be purchased within 20 days of making your first retreat payment/deposit.
Personal Add-ons: Individual Horse Medicine sessions or private bodywork.
Alcohol: We welcome anyone to BYO if a glass of wine at dinner hits right. And while we are not Puritans, we do encourage sobriety to bring more clarity and intention around the weekend.

After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays. The property is a 2-2.5 hour drive from NYC and Fairfield County, CT.
Nearest Airports are NYC airports and Whestchester County Airport, NY.
