Yoga

My yoga class offerings thread the use of sound and chanting, intentional sequencing that unfolds with playful discovery of breath, movement, and meditation. It is my core belief in all modalities I offer is that everyone has within them their own inner pharmacy where the potential of healing and wellbeing reside.

My background is in Vinyasa Yoga and have studied with Gina Norman of Kaia Yoga, influenced by the precision of alignment and adjustments from the Iyengar Yoga lineage as well as the tradition of breath and movement with thoughtful sequencing of the Ashtanga Yoga lineage.

While my Vinyasa classes are considered to be moderately vigorous, I also am passionate about teaching calming and regenerative classes such as Restorative Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Yoga Nidra.
